OTS Self Booking System

Each employee who regularly travels on OTS business using an OTS travel card is required to complete an online traveler profile within the OTS Self Booking System. This profile contains confidential information such as your OTS Travel Card number and expiration date, your frequent flier numbers, passport information, and your travel preferences for lodging or car rental.

In order to access the system for the first time, please contact your regional travel coordinator for user setup and access.

Online reservation support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am through 1:00am ET. For emergency assistance only (immediate travel needs) during weekends or after hours, call 1.866.831.7433. IMPORTANT - If you book online, the Omega staff in Washington DC headquarters cannot access this information, you must contact the Jacksonville, NC office for assistance.
